ABOUT

McDonald Management Ltd was founded in 2023 by Leigh McDonald and is a talent agency that proudly represents actors, writers and creatives within the entertainment industry.

AGENTS

LEIGH MCDONALD

Leigh comes from an acting background after training at GSA many moons ago and worked professionally for 25 years, so it's fair to say she has a keen insight into all aspects of the industry. Her credits are many and varied, but her favourites include The Royal National Theatre Ensemble under Trevor Nunn, John Caird and Julia McKenzie, Company at Southwark Playhouse and Absurd Person Singular at Leicester Curve. She saw the world with the Mamma Mia International Tour and was a regular on the comedy scene at the Edinburgh Festival. In 2012, she wanted to invest a bit more back into the industry, so she became an agent for young actors and spent 11 years developing the careers of budding young thespians. In May 2023, she felt ready to further her career as an agent even more, and McDonald Management was born. Her vision was to create not just an agency, but a community of like-minded talent who will frequently join forces to create art. So far... we're off to a great start! She also has an adorable pup called Peanut who attends all the professional business meetings to give his expert advice.

JUSTINE ANDREWS

Justine is a professional actress with a wealth of TV credits and a comprehensive understanding of the industry. In 2020, she worked for a children's agency and represented over 100 young actors. This allowed her to gain valuable insights into castings, breakdowns and agency workings and in 2023 she joined forces with Leigh to create McDonald Management. Like Leigh, Justine wanted to create a community for actors to come together. She believes that true success comes from helping others succeed and that there is plenty of work to dish out to all the talented souls within the industry. She loves a spreadsheet, so where Leigh will bring the 'showbiz', Justine will bring the figures and (organised) fun. She has a cat called Sylvie, but for professional differences Peanut and Sylvie cannot attend business meetings together.

LOUISE INCE

Louise is an award-winning performing arts educator with a lifelong background in the industry, from Disney magic to drama school training. With years of experience developing performers and shaping future talent, she has a strong understanding of what casting teams look for and how performers can stand out.

In 2025, Louise joined McDonald Management as part of the Northern base, bringing her expertise in talent development and a sharp eye for spotting potential. She is deeply passionate about championing northern talent, helping performers access opportunities, build confidence, and navigate the industry with clarity and purpose.

Proudly northern, grounded, and driven, Louise combines industry knowledge with genuine care for artists — believing that talent exists everywhere, and opportunity should too.
